All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your membership package and up to 6 to 8 weeks for overseas shipping. Although we make every effort to send out packages as soon as possible, sometimes it's necessary to reorder stock, etc. We appreciate your patience.

All prices on our website include the cost of shipping your package via USPS Media Mail in the United States. All orders outside the United States may require additional postage cost at FSP’s discretion.

FSP cannot be held responsible for any orders lost by the postal service. We will make every attempt to get your package to you in a safe and timely fashion. When your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email address that you have provided. Please note, there is no delivery tracking service available for International membership packages.
