Fan Site Productions, LLC carefully guides clients through the decision-making processes to create the site and establish membership rewards. Rewards may include, but are not limited to, merchandise item(s) (such as tee-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc.) meet and greet opportunities, random give-aways, contests, chats with band members, discounted on-line merchandise, and pre-sale concert tickets on select tours. FSP works with each client to provide the right services based on need and vision.

FSP also provides management in the following areas:

  • customer service (phone/email)
  • contest coordination
  • communication with members, including but not limited to:
    mailing membership packages, contest winner notification,
    mailing give-aways and prizes, maintaining stock
  • overall comprehensive site management/maintenance/updates
  • photography of shows and "behind the scenes"

    FSP aims to protect both the musicians and fans. Therefore, websites, databases, and shopping carts are all tested and secure. All sites come with legal "terms and conditions" and "privacy policies."

    For customer convenience, FSP currently accepts all major credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express - as well as U.S. money orders and checks.
